If you are sitting in your armchair and pointing your judgmental fingers at someone to look into the water issues of your neighborhood, suburbia, town, city, region or country, you better be sitting in front of a mirror. Being water-wise is not a good-to-have hobby anymore, it is a necessity. No change can be better than the change that comes from grass roots. So, know where your water is coming from, find out if it is safe to use, question the authorities if you do not have enough, and find out if everyone in your neighborhood has enough and do something. The point is, DO SOMETHING.
The apathy for water issues runs deep, unlike the wells you get your water from. As long as people turn on the taps and feel flowing water, they don’t care the whereabouts and howabouts of the water. There in lies the rub, to quote the bard!!
